Results — including review volume, star ratings, search visibility, and revenue impact — vary by business type, location, industry, starting reputation, and market conditions. Any statistics or projections referenced on our website represent typical outcomes or research-based estimates, not guaranteed results.
Paid services are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time with written notice. No penalty applies for cancellation. Fees already paid for a current service period are non-refundable.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
All content, reports, and materials we create for your business as part of our services remain your property. Our methodologies, systems, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Revenex AI.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. For clients in the United States, any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
